Let's take a minute to shine a light on Matthew Maly, a construction coordinator who's been making some serious headway since he joined PRG's apprenticeship program. Back in summer 2021, while working on his construction management degree, Matt decided to join our crew. Even though he was new to the world of telecommunications and fiber optics, he didn't let that slow him down. After finishing his apprenticeship, Matthew was officially promoted to construction coordinator and contributed to a fiber project in Salt Lake City. Since then, he's been learning a lot and his understanding of the industry has grown significantly. He's quick to give a shout-out to his team, saying, "The team I have worked with here has been an incredible asset to my growth."
Matthew's journey is just starting but he is already a great example of what can be achieved with PRG's apprenticeship program, a team-focused culture and a strong will to succeed. His story reminds us that with some hard work and a solid team, you can really go places. We're proud to have him on our team and are eager to see what he accomplishes next.
